Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Suji 1 cup
  3. Curd 1 cup
  4. Water 1 cup
  5. 1 tsp eno or fruit salt
  6. Salt as per taste


  1. Dry roast the oats in a pan for 2-3 mins. Then grind it to a powder and mix it well.
  2. Take a bowl and mix in the suji, curd and water together. To this add the oats powder, then the salt and eno.
  3. Mix these ingredients well together and put the batter in greased moulds.
  4. Cook in the steamer for 15 mins.
  5. Then let it cool and enjoy.
