This is a delicious curry made with leaves, a perfect side dish for some hot rice on the side.

Ingredients to make Pulli illa kari

  • pepper 2 spoons
  • Jeergam1/2spoons
  • red chilly 1
  • Raw rice 1/2 spoon
  • Murungakeeri 1/2 bunch
  • Moongdhal 1/4 tumbler
  • Small onion 9 no
  • garlic 10 no
  • coconut small cup
  • mustard seeds 1 spoon
  • Vandayam 1 spoon
  • Asafotedia 1 /2 spoon
  • Gingerly oil or 2 spoon
  • coconut oil 2 spoon

How to make Pulli illa kari

  1. All the ingredients
  2. Small onion and garlic
  3. Drumstick leaves
  4. Adding drumstick leaves along with moongdhal with small onion and garlic
  5. Cooking them in the cooker for 1 or 2 whistle
  6. Dry roast them
  7. Grind them as paste
  8. Roasting it in the pan
  9. Grind them in the mixie jar
  10. Pourdered mixer
  11. Take 3 tumbler of water and mix it in the pan along with grinded mixer
  12. Seasoning ingredients
  13. Add turmeri powder allow the mixier to boiling point
  14. Make paste coconut jeeragam and small onion
  15. Pasted
  16. Cooked moongdhal with greens
  17. Moongdhal with the mixier in pan to boil
  18. Then add coconut paste to it
  19. Allo them to boil add salt
  20. Then season it
  21. Gingerly oil
  22. Mustard seeds
  23. Asafotedia
  24. Vandayam
  25. Gravy is ready to serve
  26. Rice
  27. Dosai

My Tip:

U can have it when u have cold it helps u to smoothens ur throat and stomach
