Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover chicken gravy-1/4cup
  2. Leftover chicken pieces-5
  3. Leftover dosai batter-1cup
  4. Turmeric powder-3pinch
  5. Salt- to taste only
  6. Ghee-for making dosa
  7. Onion-1chopped
  8. Carrot-1shredded
  9. Curry leaves-
  10. Coriander leaves-chopped
  11. Chilli-2 chopped

Instructions

  1. First shred chicken with your fingers well
  2. Next add all the things to dosai batter and beat well
  3. Next heat dosai tawa add ghee nd pour the dosa batter.
  4. When it fries one side flip it and cook another side till crispy.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce
