About Chocolate cake Recipe

This recipe doesn't require baking powder or soda and vanilla essence.

Chocolate cake

Ingredients to make Chocolate cake

  • 130 gm of sugar (powdered)
  • 100 gm of flour
  • 30 gm of cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs or 100gm of butter
  • 1 cup of milk (optional)

How to make Chocolate cake

  1. First add the eggs or butter along with sugar and whisk it properly.
  2. Sieve the cocoa powder and flour and a pich of salt into the batter. Mix well until the batter is thick.
  3. If the batter is too thick and 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup of milk depending upon the thickness.
  4. Grease the pan with butter or a spray and place a butter paper in the center.
  5. Bake at 170 degrees celsius for a maximum of 25 mins or for 10 mins.
  6. Pork a tooth pick in the centre and if it comes out clean your cake is ready!

My Tip:

Keep checking after every 4 minutes wheather the cake ís ready or not.
