Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato boiled and mashed 1 cup
  2. Boiled soya granules 3/4 cup
  3. Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  4. Chopped green chillies 2
  5. Ginger-Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  7. Chopped onion 1
  8. Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp
  9. Gram flour 3-4 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  12. Lime juice 1 tbsp


  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well together.
  2. Take a lump from this mixture, apply it around the skewer (presoaked) with greased hands.
  3. Heat a non stick pan and shallow fry these kebabs till it turns into a golden colour.
  4. Sprinkle some chat masala over the kababs.
  5. Serve them hot with mint chutney, onion and lemon wedges.
