Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup soya granules
  2. 2 big sized boiled potatoes
  3. 4 tsp spinach puri
  4. 1 medium sized carrot
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1/2 tbsp green chillies (optional)
  7. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  8. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  10. 1 tsp chaat masala
  11. 3 tbsp gram flour
  12. 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  13. Oil to grease the non-stick tawa

Instructions

  1. Soak the soya in warm water for 5 minutes, then squeeze it well till no water remains. Grate the carrot as well.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients into the bowl with the masala, knead with your hands to make a dough.
  3. Take a little mixture on your hands and roll it with your palms, then fix a stick on it. Make all the seekh kababs in the same procedure.
  4. Take a non-stick tawa, heat it and put a little oil. Roast all the seekh kababs on it.
  5. Serve with ketchup or salad.
