A Chinese delicacy with richness of veggies

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1bowl finely chopped veggies like cabbage, cauliflower,carrot,onion, capsicum,corn/baby corn, mashroom
  2. 1.5 tbsp corn flr(dissolved in water)
  3. 1 tbsp shejwan chutney
  4. 1.5 tsp soya sauce
  5. 1 tbsp tometo sauce
  6. 1 .5 tsp chopped ginger & garlic
  7. 2 green chillies chopped
  8. Spring onions-1/2 katori
  9. Oil-1tbsp
  10. water as required
  11. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil
  2. Add shejwan Chutney,soya sauce & tometo sauce
  3. Add all the chopped veggies & saute for 2 min, add some salt
  4. Now add almost 400gms water
  5. Let it cook & boil for next 10-15 mins
  6. Now add dissolved corn flr & mix well
  7. Let it boil for another 3-4 min.s
  8. Turn off gas
  9. Garnish with spring onions
  10. Serve with crispy fried noodles
