  • Custard powder - 4 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • sugar - 2 tbsp

How to make Custard khandvi

  1. HEAT SOME MILK WITH SUGAR, IN A SAUCEPAN.
  2. NOW MIX THE CUSTARD POWDER IN LITTLE MILK, AND ADD THIS SLURRY TO THE BOILING MILK.
  3. COOK UNTIL THE MILK MIX IS REDUCED AND LIKE A DOUGH.
  4. POUR THIS MIXTURE ONTO A GREASED PLATE AND SPREAD IT THIN ENOUGH.
  5. CUT THIS INTO RECTANGLES AND ROLL EACH ONE OF THEM.
