Ingredients to make Instant Mooli ka Achar

  • mooli chopped 1 cup
  • lemon juice
  • mustard seed 1 tsp
  • coriander seed 1 tsp.
  • oil
  • red chilli powder salt
  • Turmerci powder
  • cumin seed
  • Ajwain 1/4 tsp

How to make Instant Mooli ka Achar

  1. DRY ROAST ALL THE SPICES
  2. ADD THE ROASTED SPICES TO A MIXER JAR, GRIND
  3. MAKE A FINE POWDER LIKE THIS
  4. TAKE 1 WASHED, DRIED, PEELED & CUT RADISH, ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  5. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, THE GROUND SPICES
  6. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  7. ADD 3/4 CUP OIL ( HEATED UP TILL SMOKING POINT & COOLED ), MIX & STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT BOTTLE
