ABOUT Soy sauce rice sushi RECIPE

People love chinese and this is a delicious sushi style rice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 50 ml soy sauce
  2. 1/4 kg cooked sushi rice
  3. Cup Carrot, capsicum slices [handful]
  4. 1 tsp black til [sesame seeds]
  5. salt
  6. Cucumber slices one cup


  1. Slice the cucumber into thin slices, place them on the serving plate. Roll them to form the rolls and place the sushi rice in them.
  2. Tap the rice with a spoon to make them even, then add place the carrot, capsicum on middle of the sushi rice. Sprinkle salt,black til on it.
  3. Pour the soy sauce on top the rice and veggies, serve.
