Steamed momos with garlic chutney

Ingredients to make Steamed momos with garlic chutney

  • Plain flour 200 gm
  • Mix veggies like peas, carrot, cabbages, beans bell peppers onions
  • oil
  • salt

How to make Steamed momos with garlic chutney

  1. Fine chopped all the veggies..
  2. Take a frying pan add oil in to it add all chopped fresh vegetables in to the pan...
  3. Add salt black pepper, chili flakes, Soya sauce in to the veggie
  4. Mix well and frying it for 4, 5 min
  5. When all vegetables are cooked them keep asides
  6. Now take a bowl add plain flour some salt little bit of oil and make a dough..
  7. Fill it with the veggie and making like momos.
  8. Take a steamer put on gas took all the momos in to the steamer.
  9. Cook it for 10 mins
  10. Serve it hot with garlic chutney.....
