Its a very tasty dish which can be served appetizer or side dish

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bamboo Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 mins)
  2. Part : 1
  3. Boneless chicken -15 pieces(cut the chicken breast into normal 15 pieces size)
  4. Lemon Juice -1 tsp
  5. Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
  7. Part :2
  8. Cardamom Powder -1/8 tsp
  9. Curd -2 tsp
  10. Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
  11. Corn flour - 1 tsp
  12. Salt -to taste
  13. Coriander leaves,green chilli paste -1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. *Wash and drain the chicken pieces completely and pat dry them in kitchen paper.
  2. Mix the part:1 ingredients in chicken pieces for 30 mins.Then in another bowl mix the part 2 ingredients.
  3. After 30 mins,soak the chicken pieces in part 2 ingredients for 1 hr.Preheat the oven at 210°C.
  4. Put them on to the skewers,and place them on a baking tray.Bake it for 20 mins.Flip them in between.Serve with mint chutney !!
