Green Chilli Maggi

Ingredients to make Green Chilli Maggi

  • Maggi masala 2 packets
  • Magic masala 1 sachet
  • Few pinches of salt
  • 5 green chillies, slit
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 bunch coriander, chopped

How to make Green Chilli Maggi

  1. Take a pan and add oil, green chillies.
  2. Add in 400 ml of water after a minute.
  3. Add in the Maggi noodles and let them cook for a minute and become soft.
  4. Add in the masala and stir slightly to mix well.
  5. Add in the extra masala after 2 minutes. Keep stirring to prevent Maggi getting stuck to the bottom of the pan.
  6. Finally add chopped coriander on top and serve hot.

My Tip:

Use your own discretion to enhance and create flavours as per your own palate.
