Ingredients to make Urad Dal Dosa

  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Whole urad dal 1/2 cup
  • fenugreek seeds 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • Gingely oil 4 tablespoon

How to make Urad Dal Dosa

  1. SOAK 2 CUPS RICE, 1/2 CUP WHOLE URAD DAL, 1 TBSP FENUGREEK SEEDS FOR 4 HOURS, GRIND TILL SMOOTH
  2. LEAVE THE BATTER TO FERMENT OVERNIGHT
  3. POUR 2 TBSP READY BATTER ON A HOT TAVA, COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT
  4. SPRINKLE SOME OIL, COOK FOR 2 MINS
  5. FLIP & COOK FROM THE OTHER SIDE
  6. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY
