punjab's famous chhole bhature, so i am sharing the recipe of chole with all of you.

Ingredients to make punjabi chhole

  • 500 gm ..chickpeas
  • salt as per taste
  • bay leaves 2
  • black pepeer 4 to 5
  • cloves 4 to 5
  • corriander whole crushed 2tsp
  • cumin 1tsp
  • red chilly as per taste
  • turmeric powder...2tsp
  • corriander powder..1tbsp
  • Kasuri methi
  • onion chopped 1bowl
  • onion puree half bowl
  • ginger,garlic,green chilly chopped...2tbsp
  • omato chopped..half bowl
  • Garam masala 2tsp
  • Chana masala 2tsp
  • oil 2tbsp
  • oil..2tbsp

How to make punjabi chhole

  1. soak chickpeas overnight...boil them with( bay leaves.....black pepper..cloves..in a small cotton potli)..till a crunchy texture
  2. 1/4 part of chickpeas grind in grinder
  3. in a pan heat pan...add bay leaves,cumin..saute
  4. add ginger garlic,green chilly saute
  5. add chopped onion...all spices....nd onion paste..cook till oil seprate
  6. now add tomato crush...cook till get mashy...
  7. now mix chickpeas....add as per need water.... cook for 10 minutes...by cover a lid.....at the last...sprinkle crush corriander seeds...kasuri methi...mix n serve
