  • Tapioca pieces 1 cup
  • green chilly 2 numbers
  • jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  • oil 1 teaspoon
  • curry leaves
  • mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  • salt

How to make Kappa puzhukku

  1. PEEL AND CUT TAPIOCA INTO PIECES, WASH THOROUGHLY AND COOK FOR 3 TO 4 WHISTLE
  2. GRIND GREEN CHILLY AND JEERA COARSELY
  3. DRAIN WATER AND MASH FINELY
  4. ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND 1/2 CUP WATER TO TAPIOCA
  5. IN A PAN FRY MUSTARD SEED
  6. ADD GROUND CHILLY AND JEERA SAUTEED FOR FIVE SECONDS AND ADD TAPIOCA
  7. ADD MORE WATER AND SALT AND MIX WELL AND COOK FOR ONE MINUTE
