Chicken Rosali Kabab

Ingredients to make Chicken Rosali Kabab

  • 350 grams boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp green chille paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chille flakes
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 cheese cubes
  • Chopped coriander
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp melted butter

How to make Chicken Rosali Kabab

  1. Take around 250 grams boneless Chicken and cut into flat strips .
  2. Marinate the strips for 30 minutes with 1/2 tsp of ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic, red chille flakes , 1/2 tsp chaat masala and salt.
  3. Grind remaining chicken roughly and marinate it for 30 minutes with remaning of ginger - garlic - chaat masala, salt, garam masala powder, green chille paste and chopped coriander and grated cheese.
  4. Stuff the grinded Chicken into Chicken strips and form into rolls.
  5. Just before cooking, give an egg white wash to the rolls.
  6. Heat butter in a non stick pan and shallow fry the rolls on low flame until golden brown from all sides.
  7. OR... Grill the rolls in preheated oven at 360℃ , giving a butter wash all over , and turning frequently until desired color.

My Tip:

These Kababs turn out so juicy and delicious that you don't need any dip with it...However just to satisfy the taste buds, you can serve it with tomato sauce .
