Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato boiled 2, big
  2. Carrots 1
  3. Cucumber 1 cup
  4. Bottle gourd 1 cup
  5. Pumpkin 1 cup
  6. Spices you use when fasting
  7. Sendha namak as per taste
  8. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  9. Chopped chillies 4


  1. Boil the vegetables a little till they become soft.
  2. Add it to boiled and mashed potatoes.
  3. Add all the spices you can use in fast along with sendha namak. (Options are black pepper, red chilli powder, coriander powder and jeera powder)
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.
  5. Make tikkis of desired shape and shallow fry on a tawa.
  6. Serve hot with with tomato chutney.
