Nangori aalloo

Ingredients to make Nangori aalloo

  • 5 boil potatoes
  • 1 cup curd
  • salt to taste
  • 3_4 curryleaves
  • 1 tbsp red chilli
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 bowl suji
  • 1 bowl flour
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp oil for moyan
  • oil for fry

How to make Nangori aalloo

  1. Take a bowl add flour suji oil and knead well till soft.now rest it for half hr.
  2. Make a roll and fry from both sides.
  3. Add oil in kadai add curry leaves mustard seeds till splutter.add potatoes fry till turns red.
  4. Now add all spices in curd and blend it
  5. Add the curd in potatoes mix well. Ready to eat nangori alloo.

Its easy and instant also.
