Ingredients to make Mukkan panner

  • 200 gms panner
  • 100 gms mukkan
  • 4 tomato's peices
  • Half cup coconut paste
  • 1 cup onion gravy
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 gralic crush
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • mint leaves half cup

How to make Mukkan panner

  1. Heat a pan add butter put garlic,it's fried add onion gravy cook til leaves butter
  2. Add tomato puree cook until raw Ness left
  3. Add tomato, garam masala,salt, haldi,chili powder, coconut nut paste cook 3 min
  4. Add panner mix up gently just crush kasuri methi put it
  5. Total flavour bind to panner Ready to serve

My Tip:

Their is no need to over cook panner ..just gently
