Ingredients to make Beetroot vermicelli kheer

  • Vermicelli 250gm
  • Beetroot 5tablespoon
  • sugar half cup
  • Milkmaid 100ml
  • cardamom 1teaspoon
  • ghee 4tablespoon
  • cashew kissmiss
  • peanut
  • :cherries: cherry
  • Milk 500ml
  • water 2cup
  • Sabudana50gm

How to make Beetroot vermicelli kheer

  1. Roast vermicelli &beetroot with ghee
  2. Add 1cup water for cook vermicelli
  3. Cook sabudana in another pan.
  4. Cook until vermicelli become transparent
  5. Add milkmaid, then add sugar to this.
  6. Add cooked sabudana & stir well.
  7. Add milk and cook for few minutes when milk boils.
  8. Add cardamon to this our kheer is ready
  9. Roast peanut's, cashew kissmiss.
  10. Garnish kheer with roasted nuts &cherries
