About Kheema Matar Lazeez Recipe

Chicken mince with ginger garlic cooked with pepper garam masala and green peas .A little of kahmiri mirch powder gives tge pinkish touch

Kheema Matar Lazeez

Ingredients to make Kheema Matar Lazeez

  • 200 grams chicken Mince
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 onions chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup ginger Garlic paste syrupy
  • 1 tspn garam masala home made (clove cinnamon shahzeera,pepper bay leaves abd cardomom black)
  • 1tspn red chilli kasmiri powder
  • 1 tspn corriander cummin mix powder (home made i do and freeze )
  • 1/2 tspn pepper
  • 2tblspn rice bran oil ( I use as less sticky and lighter with no aroma of its own)
  • salt to taste
  • Corriander

How to make Kheema Matar Lazeez

  1. Wash clean kheema in clean water
  2. Grind ginger garlic with salt adding some water
  3. Now add all dry spices on kheema
  4. Keep oil to heat in pan or pressure cooker add chopped onions to saute
  5. Add kheema along with gingergarlic syrup made while grinding ,saute well for 2-3 minutes
  6. Now just add 1 small cup of water
  7. Pressure cook 15 minutes
  8. Add green peas here
  9. Saute well
  10. Remove pressure and take out cooked kheema green peas to serve hot with roti parantha bread Pav
  11. Serve hot

My Tip:

Keep water if you prefer else dry up roastin well
