About Punjabi soya pulao Recipe

Punjabi soya pulao is an ideal dish for vegetarians.soya is very rich in protien,vitamin and minerals. it is very very healthy.in this pulao i use many vegetables with soya.

Punjabi soya pulao

Ingredients to make Punjabi soya pulao

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1 cup soya
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped all three bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp peas
  • 1 tbsp carrot
  • 1 tbsp french beans
  • 1 tsp chop ginger
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 cup chop tomato
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp spring onion
  • 1 lemon juice
  • coriander leaves
  • tomato and lemon slices for garnish

How to make Punjabi soya pulao

  1. Wash rice and boil them
  2. Soak soya in water then boil
  3. Chop all vegetables
  4. ParBoil carrot,peas and beans
  5. Heat oil in pan
  6. Add jeera and hing
  7. And minced garlic cloves
  8. Add onion and saute
  9. Then add ginger,curry leaves and green chilli
  10. Then add parboiled vegetables
  11. And bell peppers
  12. Mix all of them
  13. Take curd and mix all spices in it
  14. And add it in veggies
  15. Add soya granuals
  16. And boiled rice
  17. Squeeze lemon juice
  18. Top with coriander leaves and spring onion
  19. Our yummy soya pulao is ready
  20. Serve with raita or kadhi

My Tip:

Can add desired vegetables
