Bael(wood apple) ka sharbat

Ingredients to make Bael(wood apple) ka sharbat

  • Bael fruit-1 small
  • sugar -1/2 cup
  • Black salt as required
  • cumin powder- 1 tsp
  • lemon-1 for juice
  • Munt leaves as required
  • water as required
  • Ice cubes

How to make Bael(wood apple) ka sharbat

  1. Ti begin making the baek ka sharbat break. The fruit by hitting on the floor.scoop out the pulp in a large bowl using a spoon.
  2. Pour in some water and mash the pulp with your hands so as to separate the seeds. Strain the liquid using a sieve. Separating the seeds and the fibre. Repeat the process once again adding some more water.
  3. Add sugar lemon juice.saltand cumin powder. Add water ice cubes. Mint leaves and mix everything properly.
  4. Adjust the quantity of spices according to your taste. Serve chilled the sharbat
