We ate many types of samosas but i make mushroom samosa first time and it is extremely delicious and yummy.

Mushroom matar samosa

Ingredients to make Mushroom matar samosa

  • 1.5 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp carrom seeds
  • water as per required
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup chop onion
  • 2 cup chop mushroom
  • 2 tbsp boiled peas
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 boiled potato
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • oil for frying

How to make Mushroom matar samosa

  1. HEAT OIL IN PAN
  2. ADD JEERA AND ONION
  3. SAUTE ONION
  4. ADD PEAS
  5. AND GINGER PASTE
  6. AND MUSHROOM
  7. ADD SALT ,HALDI AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. AND GARAM MASALA
  9. SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE
  10. AND ADD POTATO FOR BINDING AND MIX ALL OF THEM
  11. MASH ALL VEGETABLES
  12. TAKE DOUGH AND ROLL IT
  13. TAKE MOULD AND COVER IT WITH DOUGH
  14. TAKE FILLING AND FILL IN ONE SIDE
  15. CLISE OPPOSITE SIDE MOULD AND PRESS
  16. REMOVE EXTRA DOUGH AND PREPARE ALL SAMOSA LIKE THAT
  17. SERVE WITH SAUCE
