Tawa bhaja chingudi

Ingredients to make Tawa bhaja chingudi

  • 250 gm middium size prawn
  • salt to taste
  • Turmuric pwdr half tsp salt
  • Redchilli pwdr half tsp salt
  • Tandoori masala 2 tsp
  • Garam masala pwdr half tsp
  • Thick yogurt half cup
  • ginger garlic paste 1& 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Musturd oil 1 tbsp

How to make Tawa bhaja chingudi

  1. First clean & wash prawns
  2. Now in a bowl add washed prawns and all rest ingredients except oil
  3. Mix all ingredients properly with using ur palm ,
  4. Marinate the prawns & rest for 15-20 mins
  5. After 15- 20 mins heat a skilet/tawa add musturd oil,
  6. Then add marinated prawns & sallow fry in medium flame for few mins
  7. Then slow the flame & fry prawns till cook ..

My Tip:

U can add few drop of lemon juice when prawns are cooked...
