Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For marinated
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  4. 2 tsp Cornflour
  5. 2 -4 tsp bread crumbs
  6. 1 egg
  7. 2 tsp fish Masala
  8. 1 tsp mustard oil raw
  9. 1 kg fish
  10. For spice paste
  11. 2 tsp coriander seeds
  12. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  13. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  14. 1/2 tsp Salt
  15. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  16. 1/2 tsp paprika
  17. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  18. 1 cup fresh grated coconut
  19. 2 tsp tamarind paste
  20. FOR CURRY
  21. 1 tsp vegetable oil
  22. 2 green chillies
  23. 1 onion chopped
  24. 1 TOMATO CHOPPED

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish with above ingredients
  2. Keep it aside for 15 minutes
  3. Prepare the spices paste,roast coriander seeds,cumin seed& mustard seeds
  4. When it starts to pop then turn off the flame
  5. Grind it with remaining ingredients
  6. Heat non stick pan, pour 1 tsp oil & roast fish from both sides
  7. Then make curry ,heat oil,add chopped onion ,cook until it is translucent
  8. Add chopped green chillies and tomatoes
  9. Mix spicy paste& add 2 cups of water ,cook for 5 minutes
  10. At last add roasted fish & cook for more 5 minutes
  11. Enjoy goana fish curry with rice or chappati
