Ingredients to make Palak kadi pakodi

  • 400 gm curd
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 kg palak
  • 1/2 spoon lal mirch powder
  • 1 spoon namak
  • 1/2 spoon dania powder
  • 1 spoon jeera
  • 1/2 spoon kasturi methi
  • 2 sabut lal mirch

How to make Palak kadi pakodi

  1. In a bowl mix the curd and besan well with a beater adding suffient water to make smooth batter.
  2. In a kadai take one karchi oil and put jeera and then add the batter to it.
  3. Cook on low flame for 20-25 min
  4. After that take out the kadi to a bowl.
  5. Method for pakodi
  6. First chop the palak .In the bowl mix the chopped palak and one karchi besan.Add namak,lal mirch powder,dania powder to it.
  7. In the kadai take oil and heat.
  8. With ur hands make small palak balls and cook on high flame for 5-7 min. And then on low flame for 5-7min so that they are properly cooked.
  9. For chauk In the kadai take oil and put jeera and pieces of sabut lal mirch and lal mirch.
  10. For serving First take kadi in the bowl and then add palak pakodi at some distances and then chauk on top arrange the sabut lal mirch on top and your palak pakodi kadi is ready to serve.Happy cooking!!!!

My Tip:

Beat curd and beasn properly with the beater for pakodi and kadi.
