Ingredients to make Tandoori chicken kachori and samosa

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2kg chicken
  • 2tsp tandoori chicken masala
  • 1cup curd
  • 1/2tsp chickpea flour
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  • oil
  • butter

How to make Tandoori chicken kachori and samosa

  1. Merinate chicken with curd, chickpea flour, salt and pepper tandoori masala and lemon
  2. Now in a bowl, make a dough with flour semolina salt and oil and water.
  3. Cook chicken in oven or shallow fry on tawa
  4. Shred chciken and add some corriander leaves to it
  5. Now, make a small ball of the dough and fill it with chicken shreds.
  6. Give a shape of a kachori ball
  7. With the same dough you can give a shape of samosa
  8. Deep fry them in a hot oil
  9. Ther are ready
