Ingredients to make Moong methi masala poori

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2cup soaked moong dal paste
  • 1/2cup kasoori methi
  • 1/2cup curd
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1tsp turmeric
  • 1tsp red chilli paste
  • 1tsp garam.masala powder
  • 1tsp mango powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp oil
  • oil to fry as required

How to make Moong methi masala poori

  1. ADD ONE CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR AND 1/2CUP SOAKED MOONG DAL PASTE
  2. ADD 1TSP CUMIN AND 1TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  3. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER ,GARAM MASALA POWDER ,MANGO POWDER
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP METHI AND SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 1/2CUP CURD
  6. ADD 1TSP SUGAR AND KNEED IT WITH SOME WATER
  7. SMEAR SOME OIL IN THE DOUGH
  8. COVER IT AND KEEP ON REST FOR 10 MINUTES.
  9. TAKE THE DOUGH OUT AND KNEED ONCE AGAIN
  10. SPRINKLE SOME FLOUR
  11. AND MAKE SMALL POORIES
  12. FRY THEM IN HOT OIL
  13. TILL CRISPY AND GOLDEN
  14. TAKE IT OUT IN SERVING PLATE
