Get ingredients ready soak andpeel almonds and grind it
Now in a pan heat ghee and add almond in it and saute on low medium heat.. Take care Don't change the color of almonds
After two three min add milk in it and saute it till milk absorbed in almonds
When milk absorbed now add cardamon powder and mawa in it
Mix it well add a little and add milk if u need for mixing mawa add suger in it and saute few min.. I used sugar free
Now grease foil sheet and place it on a plate
Divide the mixture in two parts.. Take one part and spread it in grease foil with the help of spatula or spoon and place it in refrigerator for setting.. Now take other half mixture and add cocoa powder sugar.. Coconut powder sugar.. Almond powder and ghee and mix well...
Take our almond layer out of fridge and now spread second choco layer on it
Now roll the sheet carefully .
Put the roll in fridge for 2-3hours to set
When it set take it out of sheet and cut
Now cut it carefully because it is very soft and serve
