  • 1 bowl Makhane
  • 1/2 bowl Roasted peanuts
  • curry leaves 8-10
  • Flax seeds 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • Dry fruits acording to taste
  • haldi 1/2 tsp

How to make Nutricious Makhana Chivra

  1. Roast makhane for 5 min
  2. Add some oil in pan, add mustard seeds
  3. Add salt, haldi, black pepper
  4. Add kari pata
  5. Add flax seeds and some dry fruits
  6. Add some roasted peanuts
  7. Add makhane and mix well
