Ingredients to make Banana - Methi Dosa

  • 2 hours soaked rice 1 cup
  • Ripe small banana 4
  • Soaked methi 5 tsp
  • Grated coconut handful
  • salt to taste
  • jaggery syrup 5 tsp
  • water
  • ghee 1/4 cup

How to make Banana - Methi Dosa

  1. SOAKED RICE, METHI, PEELED BANANAS, SALT TO TASTE
  2. ADD JAGGERY SYRUP, COCONUT AND WATER
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. POUR INTO A VESSEL, COVER AND ALLOW IT TO FERMENTATION OVERNIGHT
  5. CHECK THE FERMENTATION MORNING
  6. HEAT TAVA, GREASE GHEE, POUR LADLEFUL OF BATTER AND SPREAD LIGHTLY, COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME
  7. FLIP OVER AND COOK
  8. REMOVE AND SERVE
