Daal makhni

Ingredients to make Daal makhni

  • 1 cup urad daal
  • 1/4 cup rajmaa
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp chilly paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi crushed
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp'ghee

How to make Daal makhni

  1. Mix udad dal and Rajma together clean wash and soak it for 6 hours
  2. Boiled dal and Rajma
  3. Take a pan. Add butter and ghee together ,add cumin seeds, bayleaf add ginger garlic paste
  4. Add chopped onion tomatoes
  5. now boiled Dal mixture salt, Garam Masala and mix
  6. Add cream
  7. Finally add crushed kasuri Methi mixed and simmer for another minute
