Punjabi paneer malasa

Ingredients to make Punjabi paneer malasa

  • 250 gm paneer
  • garlic& ginger paste 3 tbsp
  • butter 6 tbsp
  • onion 2 chopp
  • Tomatoo puree 1/2 cup
  • Oil for paneer saute 4 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
  • malai or cream 3 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric1/4 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Punjabi paneer malasa

  1. Saute paneer for 3 minutes
  2. In a pan add butter &ginger garlic paste
  3. Stir it .For 1 min
  4. Add onion .Cook 2 minutes
  5. Add puree&spices.
  6. Add 1 tbsp malai or cream
  7. Put saute paneer on gravy
  8. Garnish with methi.

My Tip:

Saute paneer on low flame
