Ingredients to make Homemade mawa/khoya with two ingredients

  • Milk 1/2ltr
  • Mother dairy or any other cream tetra pack 200ml

How to make Homemade mawa/khoya with two ingredients

  1. In a heavy bottom wok add milk and bring it to boil and add tetra pack cream in it
  2. On a medium low flame boil the milk and cream till the milk thicken.. Stir continually with a spatula to the bottom of pan when milk got thicken switch off flame
  3. Use this mawa/khoya in any sweet

My Tip:

U can inctease the quanity of milk and cream acording to ur desire or requirment
