Ingredients to make Mirch k pakode

  • 2 big green mirchi deseeded and cut into long pieces
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 tbsp rice powder
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • dhania leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Mirch k pakode

  1. Mix the besan flour with all the ingredients and mirchi. Keep aside.
  2. Deep fry the pakode batter till crisp.
  3. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Can add capsicum instead of green chillies for low spice.
