Ingredients to make Palak k Pakode

  • 1 cup palak washed and cut
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 onion cut length wise
  • 2 green chilles cut finely
  • 1 inch ginger shredded finely
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp chille powder
  • dhania leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Palak k Pakode

  1. In a bowl mix palak and other ingredients one by one except besan and rice flour.
  2. Keep mixing, leave it for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour and mix thoroughly then leave again for 5 minutes.
  4. Fry in hot oil till golden. Serve hot.
