Ingredients to make Doi coconut masala Restaurant style

  • 1/4 kg Doi cut a single slice
  • 1 cup coconut powder
  • 1/2 cup kaju soaked 1 hour
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup onions chopped
  • 3 chili slices
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 pinch haldi
  • 1 cup coriander ,mint leaves chopped
  • 1 cinamon
  • 2 ilachi
  • 3 lavang
  • 1 tsp ghee

How to make Doi coconut masala Restaurant style

  1. Heat in a cadai put oil,ghee
  2. Add whole masalas Fri it
  3. Add chilies,onions,Fri it becomes transparent
  4. Add ginger garlic paste cook til raw Ness left
  5. Add Doi mix all those masala flavour bind to it cover lid because of softening
  6. Mean while take mixy jar put kaju, coconut powder add water make paste
  7. This paste add to curry mix well add salt, chili powder,haldi,mint coriander leaves ,pour coconut milk
  8. Add those and cook til gravy leaves to the cadai...
  9. It looks nice texture ready to serve garnish with coriander
  10. Ready to serve Doi masala

My Tip:

Coconut milk, coconut powder kaju, those ingredients enrich curry taste,and texture ....this is best combination for all
