About Paneer Makhanwala Recipe

Paneer Makhanwala

Ingredients to make Paneer Makhanwala

  • 500 grams of paneer
  • 3 big onions
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of onion
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 red chillies
  • 2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • 2 table spoon of butter

How to make Paneer Makhanwala

  1. Slice and deep fry onions until brown
  2. In a blender put deep fried onion, tomatoes, garlic, red chilies,ginger and make it into a paste
  3. In a pan take some butter, put the prepared paste, keep stirring
  4. Put garam masala and salt
  5. Once the paste is cooked put cream and whisk.
  6. Put paneer and put on the lid
  7. Put kasuri methi , stir and put the lid on for 5 mins
