Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One kg chicken with bones
  2. For marination.. Curd 2tsp
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric 1/2tsp
  5. Chicken masala/tandoori masala 1tsp
  6. Schejwan sauce 1tsp
  7. Ginger galic paste 2tsp
  8. For gravy... onion midiun size sliced 3
  9. Tomato 3midium size
  10. Desi ghee/oil 2-3tsp
  11. Galic chopped 7-8cloves
  12. Ginger 1/2 inch chopped
  13. Green chilly 1-2
  14. Lauki half chopped
  15. Carrot 1 optional
  16. Green capsicum 1
  17. For spicy masala dry indgridients
  18. Cloves black pepper green cardimon cinnamon stick and bay leaf
  19. Oil /ghee for tempring 2-3tsp
  20. Water as required

Instructions

  1. First wash and mrinate chicken with curd salt turmeric redchilly schejwan sauce chicken masak and mix it well and rub on chicken and set aside for 1-2hous
  2. Dry roast the dry indrgidients and make powder
  3. Now in a kdhai/wok heat ghee and saute sliced onion till golden brown
  4. Take onion and tomatoes and puree them
  5. Now add one tsp oil and saute green veg for five min and add all spices in it
  6. Add little water to soften veg and cover yhe lid
  7. Now blend the veg in a smooth paste..now u have two types of puree onion and tomato and veg puree
  8. Add 1tsp ghee and saute marinated chicken for five min and then add both puree in it and add suffcient water to chicken till it soften and cover the lid for10-15min
  9. Masaa chicken is ready to serve garnish it qith coriander leaves
