Avocado walnut Pancakes

Ingredients to make Avocado walnut Pancakes

  • Ripe , Medium sized avocado 1
  • Milk 3 tablespoons
  • Whole wheat flour 170 grams
  • water for batter making
  • walnut powdered 2 tablespoons
  • Powdered palm candies 1 tablespoon
  • ghee 1 tablespoon
  • walnuts for garnishing
  • banana slices for garnishing ( optional )
  • honey to drizzle

How to make Avocado walnut Pancakes

  1. In a bowl , take scooped avocado flesh .,
  2. Add milk to it and whisk to a smooth paste consistency .
  3. Add sieved wheat flour to the avocado paste .
  4. Whisk together by adding water gradually .
  5. In between add the powdered palm candies .
  6. Add walnut powder .
  7. Whisk all together to a smooth pancake batter .
  8. The batter shouldn’t be loose nor tight .
  9. Heat a skillet .
  10. Pour a ladle full of batter .
  11. Make circular motions and spread to pancakes .
  12. Smear ghee .
  13. Cook both sides .
  14. Transfer the pancakes to a serving plate .
  15. Top it up with walnuts , banana slices .
  16. Drizzle honey generously.
  17. Serve warm .
