A tasty wine easily made at home. it takes minimum 3 weeks to use.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Sweet black grapes 2 1/2 kg
  2. Sugar 1 or 1 1/2 kg according to the sweetness u want.
  3. Yeast 1 1/2 tsp
  4. Lukewarm water to dissolve yeast
  5. Boiled & cooled water 5 litre
  6. Egg white 1 ( optional )
  7. Cinnamon 3, 4 sticks
  8. Cloves 5
  9. Wheat 1/4 kg


  1. Wash the grapes & put on a towel to dry.
  2. Crush wheat a bit in a mixi.
  3. dissolve yeast in some lukewarm water with 2 tsp of sugar.
  4. Take a clean dry big jar.
  5. Crush the grapes with a wooden ladle or in a mixi. Put the grapes, in the jar, along with all other ingredients. Stir well till sugar s dissolved.
  6. Close the lid & tie with a cloth. Daily open it & stir with wooden ladle , for 21 days.
  7. On the 21st day, open & strain it to another bowl. squeeze out all juice from the grapes. Use a thin cloth to strain.
  8. We can start using it, that day on. But if we continue to keep it for 21 more days, after straining, without opening it, The result will b amazing!!
  9. If we take, good black grapes, we will get good colour, if not, before using, add some caramalised sugar, just for colour.
  10. I did nt use anything for colour.
