About Mango suji ka halwa Recipe

Mango is all Time fevroite fruit and the taste of mango with semolina and ghee make together a very delicious and richness of nuts it's soo tasty

Mango suji ka halwa

Ingredients to make Mango suji ka halwa

  • Suji (semolina) 1 cup
  • ghee 2 tbsp
  • mango puree 1cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • cashew 10-12
  • almonds chopped 8-10
  • pista chopped 10
  • Cordamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Raisin 10-12

How to make Mango suji ka halwa

  1. Take a pan and heat it put ghee and add suji and stir it
  2. Now in another pan put 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar and boil it till the sugar gets disolved and keep it aside
  3. Cut mango and blend it
  4. When suji is rosted golden in colour now add mango pulp and sugar syrup and stir well
  5. Now ‎add chopped nuts and raisin ,cordamom powder and stir well and cook 3-5 minutes
  6. now healthy and Delicus halwa is ready, ‎garnish with almonds and chashew
