Ingredients to make Quick and easy Paneer Butter Masala

  • 200 gm paneer Cubed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/3 cup water/milk
  • 1/4 tsp crushed kasuri methi
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • sugar 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • To Grind
  • 1 onion roughy chopped
  • 3 tomatoes roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves
  • 3 cardamom
  • 1/2 Inch cinnamon
  • 8-10 cashews
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • 1-2 green chillies

How to make Quick and easy Paneer Butter Masala

  1. ASSEMBLE THE INGREDIENTS
  2. GRIND GINGER GARLIC PASTE, TOMATOES, ONIONS, GREEN CHILLI, CASHEWS AND WHOLE SPICES TO FORM PUREE
  3. IN PRESSURE COOKER, ADD BUTTER, BAY LEAF, RED CHILLI POWDER, PANEER,WATER/MILK AND GROUND PUREE
  4. ADD SUGAR,SALT, GARAM MASALA AND KASURI METHI
  5. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL 2 WHISTLES
  6. ONCE PRESSURE IS RELEASED, MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  7. ADD 2 TBSP CREAM AND CORRIANDER LEAVES. MIX WELL
  8. GARNISH WITH 1 TBSP CREAM AND CORRIANDER LEAVES. SERVE HOT
