Ingredients to make Mango watermelon gazpacho

  • Ripe mango 1no
  • Watermelon 1/2cup chopped
  • ginger 1tsp grated
  • lemon juice 1/2of a lemon
  • pepper 1tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • olive oil

How to make Mango watermelon gazpacho

  1. Cut the mango and watermelon into pieces.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the jar of a blender and blend well.
  3. Adjust the spices.
  4. Serve as it is or refrigerate few hours before serving.

My Tip:

For best flavor, allow the gazpacho to sit few hours in the refrigerator.
