Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Watermelon cubed 1 cup
  2. Pomegranate pearls 1\4 cup
  3. Cucumber 1\2 piece
  4. Beetroot boiled 1\2
  5. 1 tomato
  6. Juice of 1 lemon
  7. Soaked sabja/Takmaria 1tspeach for a glass
  8. 1 tsp saunf/fennel powdered
  9. Rock salt to taste
  10. 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  11. Honey 1 tsp
  12. 1 tbsp Finely chopped cucumber to garnish
  13. Mint leaves to garnish


  1. Except sabja/ sweet basil/Takmaria seeds Grind everything together in a blender until smooth
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 -3 hours.
  3. Scoop some Sabja in the glass.
  4. Then pour watermelon mix on top.
  5. Add some chopped cucumber for garnish.
  6. Serve chilled with mint leaves
