"Watermelon and Tomato Gazpacho"!!! Gazpacho or Andalusian Gazpacho is a cold soup made of raw blended vegetables. A classic of Spanish cuisine, it originated in the southern region of Andalusia. Gazpacho is widely eaten in Spain and Portugal particularly during the hot summers, as it is refreshing and cool. Summer is to keep yourself hydrate.And Melons have much health benefits: The combination of its high water content and potassium level is a magic,to keep yourself hydrate in summer. Tomatoes are the major dietary source of the antioxidants.

Ingredients to make Watermelon And Tomoto Gazpacho-Cold Soup

  • 1 bowl chopped Watermelon
  • 1 tomato chopped roughly
  • 2pod garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper (crushed)
  • 1 slice brown chopped roughly
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1/4tbsp basil herbs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Black salt as per taste

How to make Watermelon And Tomoto Gazpacho-Cold Soup

  1. Put chopped watermelon, Tomato,mintleave,basil ,brown bread and rock salt and blend until smooth
  2. Transfer the mixture to mixing bowl ,add crushed black pepper and mix well
  3. Serve the cold soup in soup bowl ,granish with olive oil infused with garlic and few mint leave!

My Tip:

*For infused garlic in olive oil-just add finely chopped garlic into olive oil,just to enhance the flavours of the soup.
