Tadka sprouts

Ingredients to make Tadka sprouts

  • moong sabut or moth sabut dal sprout one small bowl
  • oil 2tbsp
  • chopped onion two
  • chopped tomato two
  • chopped green chilli two
  • cumin1/4 tsp
  • salt 3/4tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • water 1tbsp

How to make Tadka sprouts

  1. place the cooker on the gas and switch on the flame
  2. add two table spoon oil in the cooker
  3. when oil get heated add chopped onion stir well
  4. after two minutes add chopped tomato and green chilli stir well
  5. add salt turmeric powder and cumin stir well
  6. add sprouts and one table spoon of water
  7. close the cooker and wait till two whistles
  8. off the flame open the lid if there is some water then soak the water in high flame for two to three minuts
  9. off the flame garnish with lemon and coriander dish is ready to serve
