About Banana Dosa (Banana Pancake with Nuts) Recipe

This Banana dosa is very easy and delicious sweet recipe hardly takes 15 minutes to prepare.

Banana Dosa (Banana Pancake with Nuts)

Ingredients to make Banana Dosa (Banana Pancake with Nuts)

  • banana - 2 no’s
  • Rice flour- 1/4 Cup
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 Tbsp
  • sugar - 1.5 Tbsp
  • Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • DryFruits - 1/4 Cup Chopped (almonds,Cashewnut,Raisins)
  • cardamom Powder - Pinch

How to make Banana Dosa (Banana Pancake with Nuts)

  1. Peel the Banana & Mash the banana well
  2. Add rice flour,maida,sugar mix with mashed banana .
  3. Then add milk 1/4 cup first and mix well add remaining milk if required mix well
  4. Add chopped dry fruits mix well.
  5. Add pinch of cardamom powder .
  6. Mix well banana Dosa batter ready.
  7. In a heated pan add 2 ladle banana dosa batter add the ghee at side cook well .
  8. Cook well both the side apply ghee.
  9. Take the Dosa when it cooked well in both sides.
  10. Banana Dosa Ready Serve with Honey.
